Why I Built Hurema

When I started my foundation, I realized there wasn't any HR software built specifically for small businesses. Every software I found was either too expensive or too complicated for a team of just a few employees.

Like many organizations, we managed attendance, payroll, leave and HR processes using Excel sheets and WhatsApp. It worked, but only until the team started growing.

That's why I decided to create Huremaa modern HR & Payroll platform that is affordable, simple, powerful and made especially for startups, NGOs, educational institutes and growing businesses.
